Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Preferred Scrum Master Certification or Project/Prince2 certifications.
• Experience in technology and/or higher education environments.
• Experience with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of IT projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and issues; report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, business, and vendor partners.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote backlog clarity and team collaboration.
• Identify blockers and drive solutions and alignment.
• Maintain project documentation including requirements and change requests.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
• Manage project budgets, vendor deliverables, and change orders.
