Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Management or related field.
• PM Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of cross-functional project management experience in a large distributed org.
• Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
• Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects across areas to ensure strategic alignment and cross-functional connections.
• Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility using Power BI.
• Plan and schedule with Microsoft Project and allocate resources.
• Synthesize updates for stakeholders and leadership in a clear format.
• Identify efficiency improvements and drive change management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project records and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Support budget tracking in coordination with Finance.
