Halo Agencies seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the development and deployment of laser equipment. You will drive day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and manage risk and stakeholders.

You will define scope, milestones, budgets, and resources, ensuring readiness from R&D through field deployment in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in technical program or project management in capital equipment or related hardware industries.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of 10+ multidisciplinary engineers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day-to-day execution, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with optical, mechanical, electrical, software engineering, NPI, quality, supply chain, production, and operations teams; establish owners and deliverables.
• Identify risks early, formulate mitigation plans, and coordinate issue resolution with technical owners.
• Provide clear project status, meeting minutes, milestone materials, and decision requests to stakeholders.
• Define scope, milestones, budget estimates, resource needs, and develop the project schedule with cross-team input.
• Support readiness activities by tracking validation, documentation, training, and handoff requirements for manufacturing and field deployment.

• We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the development and deployment of our laser equipment
• This role is critical in executing Halo’s strategic roadmap, driving project execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver our processing tools
• Execution and tracking: Drive day-to-day execution, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks. Collect scope, cost, schedule, and resource information with cross-functional teams to support planning and trade-off decisions
• Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with optical and laser engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, NPI, quality, supply chain, production, and operations teams. Establish clear owners and deliverables, schedule follow-ups, and follow through on commitments
• Risk and issue management: Identify technical and execution risks early, formulate mitigation and contingency plans, and elevate promptly. Coordinate issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with technical owners
• Stakeholder communication: Provide clear project status, meeting minutes, milestone review materials, and decision requests to stakeholders, summarizing progress, risks, dependencies, and open decisions
• Project planning: Support the program in defining scope, milestones, budget estimates, resource needs, and deliverables. Collect cross-team input to build and maintain the project schedule (incorporating WBS input)
• Production and field readiness: Support readiness activities by tracking validation, documentation, training, and handoff requirements for manufacturing, operations, and field deployment

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar program management tools4+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in technical program or project management within capital equipment, semiconductor equipment, or a related hardware industryDemonstrated proficiency to lead and coordinate teams of 10+ multidisciplinary engineers, suppliers, and external partnersBachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related technical fieldUnderstanding of the execution of the PLM processExperience managing complex hardware development projects from R&D to releasing productsProcess-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of setting clear goals and maintaining consistency in approachExcellent planning, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to operate in a matrix environment, remain hands-on, and drive day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environmentTechnical judgment and ability to understand dependencies, identify risks, and support program tradeoffs
