Pacer Group is seeking a highly professional Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation programs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and governance while coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 2–3+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Automotive Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, Apex, LWC, security model, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD, DevOps tools such as Copado and Git, testing, and release management.
• Strong stakeholder communication, executive management, risk/governance, resource management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Secondary: experience across hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum in complex technology programs.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead Agile teams and coordinate Salesforce developers, architects, BAs, QA, DevOps, and third-party vendors through delivery and releases.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, CI/CD, production readiness, deployment, and post-production hypercare.

Job description

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 2–3+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Automotive Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, Apex, LWC, security model, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD, DevOps tools such as Copado and Git, testing, and release management.
• Strong stakeholder communication, executive management, risk/governance, resource management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Experience managing hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum methodologies across complex technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps teams, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with production readiness, deployment, hypercare, quality governance, and release management processes
