What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while presenting actionable solutions
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive solutions that meet business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management
- Strong program and project management skills with proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret Finance requirements into system solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings and proposals clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle Fusion Cloud
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
