Veriipro is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager in the United States (Fremont, CA area) to lead complex software development programs from planning through delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA and other teams to drive initiatives with a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, deep SDLC knowledge, and the ability to influence without direct authority while delivering on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management in software development.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and software development methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• SQL basics for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through delivery.
• Define objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA for execution.
• Develop program plans, schedules, roadmaps, risk registers.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, and resolutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate priorities.
• Apply SDLC understanding to manage initiatives.
• Understand tech requirements, dependencies, delivery timelines.
• Manage documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution and collaboration.
• Ensure alignment with priorities and standards.
