Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs across software, cloud, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise software delivery and cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, product, and cross-functional teams to drive objectives.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Drive enterprise software delivery, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, governance, and execution.
• Provide program status, metrics, and progress updates to executives.
• Coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities in large enterprise environments.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes with timely resolutions.
• Use Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to track progress and deliverables.
