Job summary

Ideal Innovations, Inc. in Bethesda, MD seeks a Technical Project Manager to support the Agile Release Train Program Manager and Technical Lead in shaping Epics, Features and roadmaps for new and existing applications, driving delivery across teams in a SAFe DevSecOps environment.

This role requires an active TS/SCI with CI-poly, SAFe/Agile experience, and familiarity with biometric workflows and leading biometric COTS like IDEMIA and Rank One.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI-poly is required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years experience; work exp may substitute.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Agile frameworks; experience leading technology assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software teams and liaison with customers in an Agile DevSecOps environment.
• Develop Epics, Features and roadmaps; manage requirements, risks and schedules.
• Coordinate deployments, governance plans and milestones with stakeholders.
