Tutor Intelligence is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the Cassie workstream, coordinating 15–20 engineers across software and hardware. You will drive automation, improve status reporting, and manage dependencies and risks in a fast-moving robotics environment.

The role emphasizes building automation for status updates, coordinating hardware changes, manufacturing builds, and software releases to keep customer deployments on schedule while reporting a clear, honest weekly

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or project management on teams that ship physical products or complex software.
• Exacting attention to detail; ability to surface and fix process gaps.
• Daily fluency with current AI tools and a vision for rebuilding PM around them.
• Enough technical depth to follow engineering discussions on software and hardware.
• Clear, concise writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated plan for the Cassie workstream across software, hardware, manufacturing, and field deployment.
• Maintain a single source of truth and fix process gaps when trackers diverge.
• Surface risks early and clearly, including dates, dependencies, and scope.
• Draft updates for leadership and customer-facing teams; answer what is actually going on.
• Build and own automation: scripts and agents that pull status and draft updates.
• Coordinate hardware change orders, manufacturing builds, and software releases to ensure matched customer deliveries.
