Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and execution of semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) for key programs, ensuring successful project delivery
• Coordinate and manage communications across internal and external teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple geographical locations
• Plan and direct project schedules, monitor progress, and manage risks while escalating issues when needed
• Oversee the porting of IPs to various process technology nodes
• Report regularly on project status to all stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive problem resolution and continuously improve project execution processes

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a track record of success
• Strong experience in project management within the semiconductor industry, especially with analog and digital design flows and IC manufacturing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent
• Excellent risk management, scheduling, and communication skills
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) (preferred)
• Competitive base salary in the range of $153,288 - $172,200
