Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Post-Trade to serve as the operating partner to the Head of Trade Platform Engineering. This role will translate strategic priorities into an executable portfolio of work and coordinate delivery across engineering and business teams.

You will establish operating rhythms, manage dependencies and risks, and provide concise updates to leadership while maintaining a focus on program execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and deliver complex technology programs across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong execution discipline and attention to detail with track record of delivering commitments.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading technology.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication, with influence without authority.
• Ability to manage dependencies and risks across technology and business groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated portfolio of post-trade programs and projects.
• Establish consistent practices for intake, prioritization, planning, status reporting, risk management, and closure.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, operations, risk, compliance, front-office technology, and other partners.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates and recommendations for leadership with options and risks.
• Create operating rhythms for portfolio reviews and delivery updates, with follow-through on decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings that produce clear decisions and commitments.
• Communicate changes in scope, sequencing, timing, or risk to stakeholders before surprises.
