Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management in Data Centers.

You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning offices and time zones, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional communication. The role blends strategic and operational workstreams, partnering with executive leadership to set and communicate strategy and drive key initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, communications, planning, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to execution, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across functions.
  • Drive rhythm of the business, organizational health, and change management initiatives to support growth and health of the organization.

  • Act as a guide for leadership, highlighting key issues across the organization. Serve as an honest confidant, developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan.
  • Integrate work streams, lead strategic initiatives, incubate critical projects, and build a team of professionals to support business operations, strategy and value tracking.
