Stimulus Technologies – Broadband Division in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to run network and systems programs beyond fiber builds. You will own the master schedule, budgets, and risk for the portfolio and coordinate with the fiber deployment group as needed.

This role requires 8+ years of technical program management experience in networks or infrastructure, experience migrating markets to standard platforms, and vendor/contractor management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management on network, systems or infrastructure programs.
• Experience migrating and cutovers on live networks with active subscribers.
• Scheduling, critical path, program controls, forecasting, and change control.
• Stage-gate governance and vendor/contractor management.
• Working knowledge of fixed wireless, IP networking, NMS/OSS/BSS platforms.
• ISP business knowledge: take rate, churn, cost per subscriber.
• Preferred: acquisition integration at an ISP or carrier; NMS/OSS deployments; wireless programs.

Responsabilités

• Own the portfolio and master schedule for network and systems integration programs.
• Migration planning for markets onto target architecture and platforms, including cutover and retirements.
• Lead acquisition integration from diligence through cutover and decommissioning.
• Manage wireless projects from scope to delivery using contractors and field crews.
• Track deployment roadmap by market and keep platform, network and operations sequenced.
• Own program budgets and forecasts with finance.
• Coordinate release to production with Network Operations.
• Maintain the project's intake queue and prioritization.
• Hold vendors and contractors to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Own the risk register and drive escalations to closure.
• Coordinate dependencies with the fiber build organization.
• Report status to the CTO, CEO, and finance.
• Travel to markets as business needs require.
