You will direct program managers and project teams to align with strategic goals and quality standards.

The role demands extensive medical device experience, strong leadership and risk-management capabilities, and the ability to resolve issues across functions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in business or engineering. Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in program/project management with 3+ years in leadership in medical devices.
• Experience leading projects from concept to commercialization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of programs and projects.
• Oversee program managers and project teams for successful execution.
• Direct key projects from planning to delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and implement program plans with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage stakeholders, reporting, and risk management across initiatives.
• Allocate resources and ensure teams have required tools and support.
• Prepare status reports and ensure regulatory/quality compliance.
• Mentor and develop program managers and team members.
