Job summary

Disney's Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology (DEEP&T) seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives across the portfolio. You will partner with project owners to define teams, align scope, and deliver on time while shaping the program's vision and governance.

You will build consolidated project views, manage calendars, dependencies, risk analyses, and stakeholder communications, driving execution from start to finish and ensuring value for guests and cast.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and maintain master project schedules and governance processes.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driving execution and delivery of projects or programs from start to finish.
• Develops consolidated views of project status, calendars, dependencies, and risks.
• Establishes partnerships with project stakeholders and communicates progress regularly.
• Creates master project schedules and communication plans across multiple teams.
