As an Enterprise Technology Technical Program Manager, you will drive high impact initiatives across Compass. Your projects will range from deep technical improvements that our platform is built on, from third party SaaS implementation to standardizing processes and metrics. You will look for ways to ensure execution, efficiency, and consistency; resolve dependencies, evaluate technical risk, track progress, and set accountability for your initiatives while maintaining clear and fluid communication with high‑level stakeholders.
The base pay range for this position is $128,500-$193,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
