Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for the Machine Development team. You will translate complex objectives into clear plans, own schedules, milestones, and cross-functional execution across hardware, software, and manufacturing.

You will identify risks, drive issue resolution, enable change management, and provide stakeholders with status, tradeoffs, and recovery plans. Onsite role with opportunities to shape scalable processes and leading major releases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program, engineering, manufacturing, or product development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program schedules, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and high-level plans.
• Identify and actively manage program risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Build and continuously improve scalable processes, cadences, tools, and program controls.
• Drive cross-functional execution and closure of action items, changes, and decisions.
