Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering organization and lead cross-functional programs across the SaaS platform. The ideal candidate combines strong program management with experience in Financial Systems, SaaS, and lifecycle governance.

You will drive initiatives from ideation through delivery, align teams on risk, and implement processes to boost organizational effectiveness while maintaining high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading cross-functional programs in product organizations.
• 8+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale SaaS software projects.
• Experience with agile teams and DACI/RACI frameworks.
• Excellent written and oral communication with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, managing schedules and removing roadblocks.
• Identify and operationalize metrics to track progress and drive issue resolution across the org.
• Create and formalize processes to improve organizational effectiveness toward goals.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across groups with competing priorities.
• Identify top risks and guide leadership decisions; facilitate meetings from small to large audiences.
