Expedia Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive complex programs across engineering, product, and business teams. You will establish delivery plans, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes while guiding agile and traditional delivery practices.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on improving delivery efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience leading medium-to-complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile/traditional delivery methods.
• Technical fluency across system architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud platforms.
• Ability to use data/metrics to guide prioritization and process improvements.
• Strong planning, organization, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to align stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
• Translate business objectives into project goals, schedules, and milestones.
• Define timeframes, prioritize work, and identify resource needs.
• Monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
• Create, track, and report on project status and risks.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and clear communications on decisions.
