Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia, Austin, Columbus, and Herndon seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead at-scale electrical product deployments across data centers.

You will drive NPI, coordinate engineering, design, and manufacturing readiness, and manage end-to-end program delivery for LV distribution solutions. You will work with diverse teams to reduce cost, improve capacity, and boost reliability while leading complex projects in a hyper-scale environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Preferred: Product Development or Data Center facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs for LV power distribution products.
• Set milestones and ensure manufacturing readiness and ramp targets.
• Align requirements and delivery with rack/DC roadmaps.
• Create detailed program plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate interdependent teams and manage budget/resources.
• Identify risks, communicate status, and escalate as needed.
• Own delivery lifecycle from kickoff to deployment and deprecation.
• Work with leadership in high-pressure environments.
