Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Kirkland, WA to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish in Google Cloud. You will plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules while communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex programs in the Cloud Billing, Ordering, and FinOps space.
• Forge strong partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Data Science.
• Act as the primary driver for resolving complex blockers.
• Partner with and influence stakeholders and leadership across the business.
• Become a subject matter expert in Google Cloud Business Platform ecosystem.

Job description

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management of cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in tightly partnering with engineering, product management and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of features, bringing to market cloud products.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex software products, in-depth knowledge of project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent technical judgment and leadership across organizational and team boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical groups.
