Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead DHS-focused network modernization programs in the Washington, DC area. The role requires an active Secret DoD clearance and the ability to attain DHS EOD.

You will oversee lifecycle management, manage large cross‑functional teams of engineers and staff, track budgets and milestones, and provide strategic risk mitigation and reporting across multiple projects using SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading programs supporting DHS LAN/WAN environments.
• 10+ years managing DHS ATO and C&A activities.
• Experience leading campus-scale network modernization projects.
• Proven experience DHS network modernization initiatives.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to attain DHS EOD.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management including PM, budget, strategy, and performance tracking.
• Direct large teams of network engineers and staff, aligning with DHS objectives.
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to meet timelines.
• Oversee multi-project reporting, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain project docs using SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
