Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain CBP background investigation
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/ software field; M&S experience or equivalent
• 7+ years in software engineering, architecture and cloud deployments including security and data infrastructure
• Experience leading M&S platforms in enterprise or federal mission environments
• Experience interfacing between hands-on technical teams and senior stakeholders, creating delivery roadmaps from scratch
• Strong familiarity with federal standards for digital, cloud, cyber, and data systems
• Experience working with federal stakeholders and partner contractors
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments
• Master’s degree favorable for role and CBP/Federal engagement experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for RAPTR deployment, coordinating development efforts to align with customer requirements and mission priorities
• Translate mission needs into RAPTR architectures, workflows, and M&S solutions that integrate with cloud environments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align leaders behind efficient solution approaches
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate capabilities into cloud, data, and enterprise IT environments
• Develop and maintain system architectures, model interaction diagrams, workflow specifications, and solution design narratives
• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to personnel and partner contractors
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management requirements
• Provide clear, regular status updates to senior leaders and LMI management
• Manage program deliverables, financials, schedules, and team performance across full lifecycle

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related technical field
