Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to holistically drive complex hardware projects from ideation to production. You’ll scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, estimate budgets, and communicate progress within a high-performing team delivering interior systems for EV programs.

The role requires 5+ years in TPM, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with frequent cross-functional collaboration. Visa sponsorship is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management in an engineering setting with hardware development.
• Experience with product development from design through integration.

Responsabilidades

• Drive engineering teams to contain and resolve issues to protect SOP and production.
• Maintain supplier relationships with Supply Chain to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor outputs for system/integration risks and opportunities for better collaboration.
• Identify risks, set agendas, and drive cross-functional decisions to remove bottlenecks.
• Travel up to 15% to support program needs.
