Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager in Irvine to lead the operational aspects of ongoing sales projects and field issues.

The role emphasizes extensive client engagement (75%) and collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Production, and Operations to deliver solutions on schedule and within budget. Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in PM, advanced Excel, and PMP/ PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management experience (8+ years strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or substantial technical experience in power products.
• PMP or PMI Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with urgency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PM tools for project controls.
• Strong customer-facing experience with large organizations and proven results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Spends 75% of time on customer engagement to meet scope, time, and quality expectations through planning and management of customer projects.
• Support multi-channel efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions for customer problems.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups.
• Identify and pursue actions essential to achieving objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to solve problems as they arise and manage resources.
• Monitor and report on project milestones using Gantt charts and PM tools.
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and resolve resource needs.
• Represent Sales Operations in planning meetings when needed.
• Multi-task and manage multiple initiatives without compromising schedules.
