Job summary

Strava, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to drive Strava for Business programs. You will own execution across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring scope, sequencing, and on-time delivery in a hybrid SF setting.

You'll partner with engineering managers and PMs, manage intake, and surface risks early to keep initiatives moving and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

6+ years of program management experience.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in business / GTM / sales.
Strong triage and prioritization skills with ambiguity.
Technical fluency to earn engineering trust and challenge assumptions.
B2B, enterprise, or partner-platform experience.
Familiarity with GTM/sales operating rhythms and launches.

Responsibilities

Drive concurrent cross-team programs within Strava for Business from scoping through delivery.
Own the operating cadence for your programs, including planning and reviews.
Triaging and sequencing requests across engineering and business stakeholders.
Surface risks and trade-offs early to avoid blockers.
Coordinate with SfB engineering managers, PMs, and business stakeholders across the org.
Stand up and tighten intake/triage processes to ship predictably.
