Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an onsite AI delivery engineer in West Palm Beach to partner with customers, design and deploy advanced AI solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery across engagements. You will build scalable AI systems, leverage agentic frameworks, and collaborate with customer teams to translate business needs into tangible technical value.

The role requires strong Python and ML tooling, data engineering experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms; travel to client sites is expected as

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python or other modern language (e.g., C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
• AI/ML frameworks experience such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Solid grasp of the software delivery lifecycle and version control (Git, GitHub).
• Experience with data engineering tools (Pandas, Spark).
• Cloud AI platforms experience (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at West Palm Beach, FL.
• Degree-level qualification in CS/DS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Lead solution design and deployment for complex AI engagements.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own delivery end to end, from scoping through production.
• Engineer and deploy production-ready solutions as part of customer teams.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings and document best practices.
• Share field insights to inform enhancements to Kyndryl’s core platforms and frameworks.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Contribute feedback and code to the evolution of Kyndryl’s AI platforms.
• Use AI-assisted development tools across the delivery lifecycle.
• Work as a trusted technical partner to customers and bridge engineering rigor with business value.
