Job Summary

This role is critical to the success of the WXP-Print portfolio, serving as the primary execution leader responsible for driving delivery across a complex ecosystem of platform capabilities, business applications, shared services, engineering teams, and partner organizations. The role translates approved business priorities into executable delivery plans by driving planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release readiness, and cross-functional alignment across multiple products, technologies, and organizations. Programs typically span multiple products, technologies, and organizations, often involving 10+ teams across cloud services, enterprise software, data, security, operations, and firmware domains.

  • Requires strong leadership, communication, technical breadth, and business acumen to navigate cross-organizational dependencies, align stakeholders, and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.

  • Partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to facilitate requirements clarification, execution planning, dependency management, and prioritization discussions. The individual provides data-driven analysis, delivery options, risk assessments, capacity considerations, and trade-off recommendations that enable Product Management and business stakeholders to make informed roadmap, investment, and prioritization decisions.

  • Responsible for ensuring execution aligns with approved product priorities and business outcomes while maintaining delivery commitments. The role owns end-to-end program execution, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, release readiness, stakeholder communication, and escalation management for highly visible and business-critical initiatives.

  • In addition, the role drives continuous improvement of execution practices through standardized processes, modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve visibility, predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Technical Program Leadership

  • Lead execution of complex, multi-team technical programs spanning multiple products, services, platforms, and organizations.

  • Drive cross-organizational dependency management across engineering, product management, platform, architecture, security, operations, firmware, and external partner teams.

  • Develop detailed execution plans, milestones, resource assumptions, release plans, and delivery commitments.

  • Lead release planning and readiness activities across development, validation, deployment, operations, support, and post-release activities.

  • Facilitate execution reviews, issue resolution, and technical trade-off discussions to maintain delivery commitments.

  • Own program status, delivery health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

  • Proactively identify technical, architectural, operational, and organizational risks and drive resolution plans.

  • Track execution across releases, features, defects, dependencies, testing, and readiness activities to ensure delivery completeness and quality.

  • Communicate progress, risks, key decisions, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Consolidate technical input from Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Security, and Operations teams to provide clear visibility into implementation effort, technical complexity, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and delivery timelines, enabling informed business and product decisions.

  • Drive continuous improvement of program execution practices and delivery effectiveness.

Business & Execution Alignment

  • Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering teams to refine requirements, clarify scope, and ensure initiatives are execution-ready.

  • Translate approved business priorities into executable workstreams, milestones, release plans, resource needs, and delivery strategies.

  • Support prioritization and trade-off discussions by providing technical feasibility assessments, execution impact analysis, delivery recommendations, and alternative implementation approaches.

  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, support, security, and operations teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Assist in refining PRDs, user journeys, epics, features, acceptance criteria, MVP definitions, and phased delivery strategies to support engineering execution.

Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Influence outcomes across organizations without direct authority.

  • Improve planning processes, governance, and execution transparency.

  • Mentor program managers and contribute to program management best practices.

  • Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
