Job summary

Google's Data Center Operations team seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects around Building Management and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems across Greenfield and Brownfield sites.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to define scope, schedule, budget, and risk, while translating data insights into actionable improvements for reliability, efficiency, and safety in our global data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data centers.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for both Greenfield and Brownfield sites, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and implementing preventative measures.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and optimize operational efficiency.
