Job summary

Spry Methods seeks a Technical Program Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and supervisory management of an advanced cyber intelligence and information sharing mission. The role directs all-source cyber intelligence analysis, threat reporting, and partner collaboration to protect critical infrastructure.

The Task Lead interfaces with senior stakeholders, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of analytic operations and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• 7+ years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• 7+ years supporting intelligence-related activities across government, industry, or academic environments.
• 7+ years applying intelligence analysis principles with HUMINT/SIGINT.
• 5+ years developing methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence for cyber investigations.
• 5+ years producing analytical reports and operational cyber threat reporting.
• 5+ years of project management including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber intelligence and analytical operations, aligned with mission priorities and program objectives.
• Direct all-source cyber analysis, including data collection, fusion, and production of intelligence.
• Manage delivery of intelligence products, analytic reports, and threat assessments.
• Integrate multiple data sources and intelligence disciplines to produce actionable insights.
• Oversee QA processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of outputs.
• Manage team performance, workload, and resource allocation to meet requirements.
• Coordinate across technical, analytic, and operational teams to align execution with goals.
• Lead knowledge management and documentation of analytic data and processes.
