Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in an engineering discipline.
• 12+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Demonstrated track record managing a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional programs.
• Experience translating business commitments into engineering capacity plans.
• Technical fluency across hardware, embedded, cloud, and AI teams.
• Strong executive communication skills; able to distill status into clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Governance: Own the company-level program portfolio and maintain a single source of truth for commitments and status.
• Business-Engineering Translation: Interface between leadership and engineering, translating contracts and growth targets into capacity plans.
• Executive Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Capacity Planning & Demand Management: Maintain real-time view of capacity vs. demand and drive prioritization.
• Cross-Functional Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across pillars and functions.
