Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Complex Programs to direct and govern large-scale, enterprise delivery engagements on customer premises in West Palm Beach, Florida. You will bridge high-velocity engineering streams with executive leadership, coordinating software, cloud, and AI teams to deliver complex solutions on schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure milestones, budgets, and risk controls across multiple projects while maintaining security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python & backend development.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary engineering teams without direct reporting lines.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage expectations on customer premises.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program governance and delivery across large-scale enterprise engagements.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across software, cloud, and AI engineering streams.
• Steer executive-level steering committees and align roadmaps with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure security, data governance and compliance.
