Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Complex Programs to direct and govern large-scale enterprise delivery engagements. You will own production rollouts, coordinating software, cloud, and AI engineers on client premises in West Palm Beach, FL, interfacing with senior enterprise stakeholders.

You will drive governance, milestones, and delivery quality while leading cross-functional teams and championing modern software delivery practices in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering and enterprise delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams without direct reporting lines.
• Strong client engagement and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript backend development.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI in production.
• Frontend experience with React/Angular/Vue.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms.
• SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases; familiarity with Pandas and Spark.
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program governance across large-scale, enterprise production engagements.
• Build, monitor, and optimize master program schedules across software, cloud, and AI streams.
• Establish transparent delivery metrics, roadmaps, and status reporting for internal teams and executive leadership.
• Drive milestones, scope realization, budget fidelity, and QA across engineering deliverables.
• Provide senior functional management and direction to multi-disciplinary technical teams.
