You will lead and support projects from concept to volume manufacturing, coordinating with engineers and manufacturing personnel.

The role emphasizes rapid planning, KPI tracking, and close customer communication to meet quality and lead-time requirements, with salary range $70,000 - $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; minimum 4 years in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for liaising with team members and customers.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience in CNC machining and assembly environments.
• GD&T knowledge and inspection techniques to ensure product quality.
• Proficiency with CAD, project management tools, and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development plans for production in a CNC machining and assembly environment.
• Lead and support projects from concept to volume manufacturing, including prototyping and qualification.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Establish KPIs and generate regular status reports for customers.
