Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) in Dahlgren, Virginia, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large JWAC IT Services program. You will coordinate cloud-native data engineering, AI/ML capabilities, and security requirements while maintaining cost, schedule and quality.

As the accountable government liaison, you will manage the integrated master schedule, staffing, and deliverables, ensuring DoD Zero Trust and NIST SP 800-53 Rev.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• PM certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL.
• Experience managing AWS cloud programs using AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock, or OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with FinOps, AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Cost Usage Reports.
• Experience implementing DoD Zero Trust Architecture and NIST SP 800-53 Rev.5 controls.
• Experience with AI model hosting, LLM optimization, or MLOps.
• Experience in regulated environments (classified/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor POC for JWAC stakeholders.
• Lead daily program execution and align priorities across delivery, security, cost and schedule.
• Manage the integrated master schedule, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Direct data engineers in cloud-native data engineering, FinOps, security, and AI/ML infra.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and performance across the task order.
• Translate JWAC priorities into work packages, acceptance criteria, and outcomes.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of capabilities.
• Prepare monthly status and financial reports and briefings.
• Lead program meetings and document decisions, actions, due dates, and owners.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/DoD-standards and DoD Zero Trust policies.
• Coordinate subcontractor performance and reporting.
