Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• 3+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• Experience working with the Intelligence Community.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate program processes to identify inefficiencies and embed lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain program documentation for consistency across stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program frameworks including decision-making processes and accountability.
• Coordinate across diverse teams to maintain strategic alignment and drive accountability.
• Lead program discussions and ensure outcomes are documented and actioned.
• Drive recurring stakeholder engagements to build trusted relationships and transparency.
• Champion innovation by exploring AI and automation opportunities to streamline tasks.
