Job summary

Google in New York, NY is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You will work on the AI and Infrastructure team, helping scale AI models and hyperscale infrastructure, collaborating with engineers, product teams and operations to deliver reliable, efficient solutions across the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with data centers, networking and operations.
  • Ability to interact across many levels of seniority from field construction through Google-board reporting.

  • Transform motivated goals into plans with committed resources and clear paths to success.
  • Create meaningful contributions to Google's ML delivery roadmap by driving the availability of capacity strategically.
  • Create, track, report, troubleshoot and remove blockers from large program plans.
  • Communicate crisp, thoughtful and effective to work collaboratively cross-organization across different levels of seniority.
  • Understand the Google Data Center and software stacks to a level where you can drive innovation across all of them.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
