Job summary

Google is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from conception to delivery. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

You will work with stakeholders to balance technical tradeoffs, drive availability of capacity for AI and infrastructure initiatives, and partner with engineers to ship scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of program management experience.
  • Experience with data centers, networking and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate goals into plans with resources and clear milestones.
  • Drive capacity availability for ML delivery roadmap.
  • Create and manage large program plans; track, report, and remove blockers.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams across levels of seniority.
  • Understand the Google Data Center and software stacks to drive innovation.

  • Ability to interact across many levels of seniority from field construction through Google-board reporting.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Create meaningful contributions to Google's ML delivery roadmap by driving the availability of capacity strategically.
