Everpure seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate complex software releases, hardware co-design, and AI-driven automation across its storage portfolio. You will partner with engineering, product, security, and supply chain leaders to align dependencies, oversee CapEx, and drive PLC gate reviews for zero-downtime releases.

You will apply applied AI and analytics to improve release velocity, track health, and ensure industry-leading performance and quality.

Qualificações

End-to-End orchestration of software release cycles and NPI/OS stacks.
Applied AI workflows and analytics to optimize release management and risk assessments.
Analytical approach to release branch health, dependencies, and architecture standards.
Driving accountability and budget governance across global engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

Direct concurrent software release schedules and AI-enhanced governance.
Align engineering, product, security, and field teams to meet milestones with zero downtime.
Lead risk triage, bug scrubs, and critical trade-off decisions for stability.
Manage CapEx planning, execution tracking, and resource allocation within budgets.
Develop and track program metrics, using AI tools to forecast risks and drive actions.
