Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably within biotech or pharma.
• Strong track record of managing enterprise-scale initiatives and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in project management and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across R&D and G&A.
• Drive program planning, execution, and delivery across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Own program governance including steering committees and executive updates.
