Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• 6+ years industry experience with biologics R&D and project management.
• Proven track record managing research or technical programs.
• Fluency in biologics and ML research; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate platform research programs with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Develop timelines of dependencies, deliverables, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Monitor project status, risks, and mitigation strategies; report to stakeholders.
• Create scenario plans for critical-path decisions and contingencies.
