Qualifications

10+ years of Technical Program experience.
Experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs.
Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, software development, or infrastructure.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.
Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.
Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.
Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
