Job summary

SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager in Ad Technology to own the strategy and delivery of large cross-organizational initiatives across Ads Engineering.

The role focuses on driving modernization of ad-serving, RTB latency improvements, and monetization workflows across SiriusXM and Pandora. You will partner with engineering and product leadership to shape multi-year roadmaps, govern programs, and deliver outcomes that scale platforms, improve latency, and increase

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's; or PhD with 4 years of experience.
• Experience owning Enterprise program strategy including multi-year roadmap and governance.
• Executive-level communication skills; ability to craft scenario-based decision paths for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise program strategy and end-to-end delivery for cross-organizational Ads initiatives.
• Lead workstreams across multiple engineering teams from planning through launch.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery commitments across the Ads Engineering org.
• Coordinate program milestones, sequencing, and success metrics with leadership.
• Provide governance and metrics to drive prioritization and resource allocation.
