Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) to lead large-scale enterprise technology programs and strategic initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, drive organizational change, and steer AI-enabled solutions across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI, SDLC delivery, Agile methods, and digital transformation, with a track record of executive-level workshops and successful adoption.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale enterprise programs and strategic technology initiatives from inception through delivery.
  • Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders on technology strategy and transformation.
  • Drive SDLC execution across requirements, architecture, development, testing, release, deployment, and adoption.
  • Partner with business and tech leaders to align objectives with goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and cross-functional planning.
  • Communicate with senior leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders with strong executive presence.
  • Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for new processes and tech.
  • Navigate organizational politics and build consensus among diverse groups.
  • Identify risks and dependencies and drive alignment to mitigate challenges.
  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or enterprise frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Security, and Operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Provide governance and status reporting to executives.

Zensar is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly consultative leader with strong executive presence who can bridge business and technology teams, drive organizational change, and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI-enabled solutions, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) delivery, enterprise program management, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic outcomes, facilitating executive-level discussions, leading workshops, and ensuring successful adoption of technology solutions across the organization.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale enterprise programs and strategic technology initiatives from inception through delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on technology strategy, delivery approaches, and organizational transformation.
  • Drive program execution across the full SDLC, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, release, deployment, and adoption.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align program objectives with organizational goals and measurable business outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, discovery meetings, and cross-functional planning exercises.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and confidently communicate with senior leadership, business sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of new processes, products, and technologies.
  • Navigate complex organizational and political environments while building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and program challenges while influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other enterprise Agile frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, program governance, and status communications.
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs across the complete SDLC.
  • Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise delivery models.
  • Experience working on or delivering AI-driven, machine learning, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills with a business-first mindset.
  • Experience leading workshops, facilitating discovery sessions, and driving alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven success driving organizational change, user adoption, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively navigate complex organizational and political environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or comparable project and delivery management tools.
