Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mountain View is seeking a Technical Program Lead with deep experience in automotive vehicle engineering and systems integration to own the engineering solution across all workstreams.

You will partner with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, drive design releases, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams including CAD, PLM, Validation, and Manufacturing to meet milestones within the development schedule.

Qualifications

Extensive automotive engineering experience with systems integration.
Strong grasp of product lifecycle from concept to production.
Familiarity with gateway reviews, design release, and build support.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact between OEMs and vendor teams.
Lead engineering efforts across all workstreams and disciplines.
Ensure on-time delivery of program milestones per schedule.
Drive cross-functional collaboration among CAD, PLM, Validation, Manufacturing and Quality.
Review concepts, architectures, CAD releases, and design changes.
Escalate risks and manage technical decisions with leadership.
