Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager in Chicago to lead complex programs and scalable platform initiatives. You will partner with engineering leaders to guide technical decisions, establish governance, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple lines of business.

You will own the program execution framework, measure progress with dashboards, and influence product strategy with senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems and scalable services (cloud/AWS preferred).
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programs delivering on critical business goals and scale platforms.
• Teach and grow the TPM discipline within the team by sharing knowledge.
• Own operational framework for execution, dependencies, risk, and governance.
• Influence technical decisions with engineering leadership for scalability and maintainability.
• Maintain program visibility with metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to align product strategy and platform capabilities.
