Responsibilities

• Define annual and cross-domain planning and publish a consolidated roadmap
• Standardize cadence, artifacts, and governance across domains
• Negotiate high-complexity dependencies and timelines with commitments and SLAs
• Build TPM playbooks and health reporting for senior leadership
• Mentor TPMs and drive capability uplift across the organization
• Embed say/do integrity and ensure consistent delivery across teams
