Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership delivering complex products that combine hardware and software.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
• Cross-domain engineering fluency across hardware, software, and systems integration.
• Track record delivering integration, validation, and software release cycles through a full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and decisions in multi-stakeholder governance structures without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Align on technical aspects for corresponding package and manage cross-functional interactions.
• Coordinate with VWG leadership on targets, timing, and execution plans.
• Own program execution strategy and change-request process across RVT and VWG.
• Define development scope, deliverables, and resource planning for the package.
• Track status and report in leadership reviews; escalate as needed.
