Job summary

Medica is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for the Contact Center Knowledge Management Platform. This onsite role partners with stakeholders, Salesforce engineers, and operations to enable accurate, timely knowledge access across agents, supervisors, and customers.

You will own the team backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure value-driven delivery while aligning with MDF and EDC governance. This position requires 3 days/week onsite at Minnetonka MN or Madison WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of related work experience beyond degree.
• 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related roles.
• 3+ years Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years supporting Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Experience environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and capacity; translate priorities into backlog items.
• Define acceptance criteria with Technical Lead; ensure items are ready for development.
• Maintain a healthy backlog sequenced by value, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and iteration reviews.
• Coordinate with TL, TPM, and Delivery Leader to align capacity and delivery.
• Engage stakeholders; provide transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Capture learnings from retrospectives and track delivery metrics.
