Job summary

Medica is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Contact Center Knowledge Management Platform. This role bridges business stakeholders, MDF, and delivery teams to ensure knowledge solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud meet operational and customer outcomes.

The TPO owns the team backlog, drives backlog refinement, and coordinates with TL to balance what/how. Office-based role with onsite work several days a week near Minnetonka, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of related work experience beyond degree.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years supporting Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Experience environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate prioritized capability epics into clear backlog items (features, user stories, technical enablers).
• Define acceptance criteria with Technical Lead and ensure items are ready for development.
• Maintain a healthy backlog sequenced by value, risk, and dependencies.
• Partner with Delivery Leader to align backlog with team capacity and enforce WIP limits.
• Represent the team during prioritization sessions and reflect decisions in backlog.
